Delivery and Collection
Customers may collect from our premises. It is advisable to call ahead to ensure the workshop is manned at the time.
Examination and Non delivery
Customers are responsible for advising us as well as the carriers of the non-delivery of goods within 10 working days of invoice, failing which no claims for shortage can be entertained.
Returns, Warranty & Liability
Customers can return their parts if they do not meet the functional or cosmetic requirements of the product on receipt and we will try to rectify the fault without additional charges. Customers must contact us before returning goods so that we can discuss the requirements and nature of the issue.
Coln Engineering Ltd is NOT responsible for losses, damage or injury of any kind as a result of failing components or design of carburettors. The main risk associated with fuel systems is fire. While every care is taken to test all carburettors for fuel leaks before dispatch, customers are responsible for ensuring that there are no fuel leaks both prior to and after installation.
